Sharon Knutson–Zhi Hua

This yarn is named for my older daughter. I adopted Anna from China, all she had when she was placed in my arms was her beautiful Chinese name, Zhi Hua, which translated means "wise flowering blossom." Flash forward 15 years, now with 2 China girls, I've been spinning yarn for about 4 years. I commissioned my indie dyer, Ginny Tullock, otherwise known as Fat Cat Knits, to create special roving using my girls' names as the inspiration. I gave her the meanings of the girls names and described their personalities and she created the most beautiful roving for me. This skein is the result of Ginny's work for Anna. It is BFL fiber.
