Free patterns to inspire your spinning

Starting a new project can be so exciting and satisfying. Maybe that is why so many of us start more projects than we finish! The Foothill Fibers Guild (California) will tempt and inspire you to dive into your next project with its webpage of free patterns written by guild members. Amy M. Shannon of Purple Fuzzy Mittens and Susan Prince have contributed a number of patterns to the page. Susan, who also manages the guild's lovely website, says that she has been designing her own knitting patterns for decades. She started writing them down recently and shares them on the guild website and Ravelry. Check out her felted polar bear puppet here!
