We love fall (knitting)!

Corhhusk Pullover
by Agnes Kutas-Keresztes

I've invited Amy Palmer, editor of Knitscene, here today to share her newest creation with you—7 Perfect Knitting Patterns for Fall. She's pulled together seven of her favorite fall patterns and put them in one lovely eBook.

My favorite in this collection is Agnes Kutas-Keresztes's Cornhusk Pullover. I love the fall colors—a combination of white and yellow "corn"—with a pretty lace pattern that beautifully sets off the changing colors in this sweater.

Here's Amy to tell you more about this collection.

Perfect Fall Knits

Fall is the knitter’s season, the time to unveil the warm woollens stashed away through the summer months. The sweaters and cardigans created while balancing how much yarn is too much yarn to keep in our laps during the warm summer days.

Fall, for me, is an incredible visceral season—even tucked away inside, I can always summon to mind the feeling of chill air, the scent of pumpkin spice everything, the sound of a fire crackling in the grate (even if I do have a gas fireplace these days).

And the colors. The colors of fall are a delight to behold, so I’ve compiled seven patterns bursting with the colors of fall oranges, purples, and golds—into an eBook, 7 Perfect Knitting Patterns for Fall. Check out the projects!
