Yarn: Worsted weight (CYCA #4, Medium) yarn. Shown here: Louet Euroflax Light Worsted Weight Solid (100% linen; 190 yd [174 m]/100 g): emerald, 8 (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) skeins. NOTE: Louet Euroflax is no longer available in worsted weight. Try knitting to the same gauge with Euroflax sport weight for a garment with an airy, fluid hand-or substitute a worsted-weight cotton or linen/cotton blend.
Yarn weight: #2 – Fine
Gauge: 19 sts and 26 rows = 4″ in St st.
Needles: Size 7 (4.5 mm): 29″ or 32″ circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle; markers (m); removable markers or waste yarn; stitch holders; spare cir needle same size or smaller than main needle for three-needle BO; size D/3 (3.25 mm) crochet hook.
