Sara Dudek

Sara Dudek is the assistant editor for Knitscene. She  grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado knitting, crocheting, and dancing. She moved away for a few years to earn her BFA in modern dance from the University of Utah, but moved back soon after. She recently graduated with her Master’s degree in apparel and textile design from Colorado State University, where she tried her best to incorporate crochet into every school project possible.

Sara’s favorite thing in the world is to knit/crochet/sew/weave while listening to a movie/podcast/audiobook. When she’s not crafting, she is hiking, traveling, exploring, reading, and teaching dance to the coolest crew of high school dancers in Colorado. She is beyond excited to be doing the coolest job ever, where she can do knit-related stuff all day!
