Most-Downloaded Patterns on Interweave+

Let the Interweave Knits Winter 2024 issue transport you to a winter wonderland of cozy knits! This remarkable edition features 14 extraordinary projects to immerse yourself in the uniqueness of specially crafted yarns.

If you’ve spent any time with us here at Interweave, you know we love a good list. Whether it’s the Top 5 Interweave Knitting Patterns of All Time, or something more recent, like 3 Faves from Interweave Knits Fall 2021, we love highlighting the patterns you, our readers, are loving the most. It should come as no surprise then that we’ve already pulled together the most-downloaded patterns on Interweave+. Sure, our brand-new pattern subscription site has only been live for a few months, but we couldn’t wait to dive into the data.

1. Linum Tee

The Linum Tee by Bristol Ivy tops our list of most-downloaded patterns on Interweave+. This summery top features an asymmetrical neckline worked in Fisherman’s Rib.

2. Tangled Up in Gray

Tangled Up in Gray by Sloane Rosenthal also plays with asymmetry—long columns of ribbing bloom into an off-center cabled pattern. This motif is echoed on the back of the sweater in a dramatic V shape.

3. Undulating Lines Sweater

Originally published in Wool Studio Vol. VI, the Undulating Lines Sweater by Stella Egidi is so good, we dedicated a whole blog post to it. Traveling stitches, stockinette and folded hems are enough to make any knitter swoon over this sweater.

4. Dahlia Cardigan

The Dahlia Cardigan by Heather Zoppetti is one of those timeless pieces. Originally published in 2011, we’re still singing its praises today. Want to get in on the action? Check out the Dahlia Cardigan Knitalong Workshop, and get tips on how to approach the unique construction, choose the right size, and more.

5. Castile Cardigan

Simple textures paired with a classic garter stitch cowl make the Castile Cardigan by Meghan Jones a wardrobe staple. The body of the cardigan is worked in one piece from the bottom up.

While some of the patterns on this list are old favorites, it’s fun to see a few newcomers in the mix. If you had unlimited downloads and thousands of knitting patterns to choose from, where would you start? Sign up for Interweave+ and find out! A three-month membership costs the same as two individual knitting patterns, so it’s a great deal!

Happy Knitting!
Stephanie
