The buttonholes are worked on the left-front band. Therefore, under Stitches section, correct reading is: “Buttonhole: (worked over 5 garter sts of left-front band) (RS) K2, yo, k2tog, k1. Under Yoke section, immediately before Row 1, it should be: “…buttonholes worked along left front…) Under Finishing, last sentence should read: “Sew buttons to right-front band, opposite buttonholes.

Clarification: Row 8 is to be worked the same as Row 2 (dropping all yo’s off needle). Rows 9-12 Knit.
