Moby Hat
On Row 17 of the Body chart, the symbol before the centered double increase needs to be an ssk with A, not k2tog with A.

The following two symbols need to be added to the key:

• ssk with A
• k2tog with A

The symbol for “knit with A” should have a plus sign instead of an x.

Pinyon Pullover
On Rows 12, 13, and 14 of the Cable Panel chart, the second stitch in from each side should be a symbol for stockinette stitch (k on RS; p on WS). The corrected chart can be found here.

Sizes 32″ and 36″ only:
Next row (RS) *K2tog; rep from * to end—46 (48) sts rem.
Sizes 40 (44, 48, 52, 56, 60)” only:
Next row (RS) Sl 1, *k2tog; rep from * to last st, k1—50 (52, 52, 54, 54, 56) sts rem.

Notes section, 4th note down, should read as follows (changes highlighted):

The first time you work Chart B, there will be enough stitches to work the 12-stitch repeat only once in each chart section. The second time you work Chart B, the stitch count will have increased enough to work the 12-stitch repeat twice more in each chart section. As the stitches continue to increase, work the repeat two more times in each chart section each time you begin the chart again at Row 1.
