Top 10 Pins to Inspire Your 2018 Spring Knitting

We’re still getting occasional snow storms here at Interweave HQ in Fort Collins, Colorado, but in between, it’s starting to look like spring. One thing is for sure, we’re definitely ready for some spring knitting around here!

Colors, textures, and trends are changing on Pinterest, as they do every spring. Here are ten pins from our Pinterest account, Knitting Daily that have risen to the top as knitters seek out inspiration for their spring knitting.

The usual cast of pastel colors makes a strong showing, of course. In between, however are lots of lovely neutrals just waiting to be paired with neons or pastels, as well as a few rich jewel tones to bust you out of your winter blahs. You’ll also see lots of versatile, stackable spring layers in a variety of weights, styles, and textures.

Enjoy, and don’t forget to follow us on Pinterest to get a first look at what’s new, trendy, and fun from Interweave Knits, knitscene, knit.wear, and the wider world of knitting.

So many projects to delight and inspire! My personal favorite? The Hyacinth Pullover from knit.wear, Spring/Summer 2018. I love the boho-chic vibe of this poncho-like pullover, from the geometric lace and dropped stitches to the cute fringe. It’s totally cute over, under, and in between all your other spring layers.
