Shades of Amethyst

A slice of rough amethyst mounted it in a hand formed copper bezel. Each side of the bezel a sunburst of gold and copper leaf has been applied and distressed a little.
On one side are two salvaged tin trays, one with remnants of yarn and the other with a rough amethyst point mounted in resin. On the other side are two more tin trays, one with an iridescent lilac/jacaranda coloured embossed polymer square and the next tray contains a series of oilslick finished seed beads also set in resin.
The necklace hangs from a chain, and closed with a simple magnetic catch.
