The Finished Granny Square Throw

Wool Granny Square Throw

In typical fashion, I started a project last fall, asked for your help making decisions about it, ignored your advice, and let it languish in a corner for nearly a year before finally weaving in the ends and giving it to its intended recipients.

And I love it. And so do my in-laws, who now keep it on their sofa. Phew.

I used Tahki Montana yarn and a 10mm hook (more details on Ravelry), and I turned the piece at the beginning of each round so there's no right or wrong side. (ETA: It's about 48" square.) Aside from weaving in the ends, it only took me a week or two to crochet. And now I kinda want to discover another 800 yards of super bulky yarn in my stash so I can make another.
