Puffball Cardigan Crochet Pattern

Lacy connections join motifs and partial motifs to create a
substantial yet airy bolero perfect for the fickle weather of spring.
Clever side closures give a slightly tailored touch to this curvy,
feminine garment.

Yarn used: Berroco Vintage DK (52% acrylic, 40% wool, 8% nylon; 290 yd [266 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #2105 oats (MC), 4 (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) hanks; #2101 mochi (CC), 1 hank.

Hook: U.S. size G/6 (4 mm), G/7 (4.5 mm), or H/8 (5 mm) crochet hooks. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Tools: Yarn needle, St markers (m), Six 1″ diameter buttons.

Finished measurements: 35 (39, 43, 51, 57, 63)” bust circumference, buttoned. Garment shown is size 43″, modeled with 9″ ease.

Gauge: Beg motif = 4½ (5, 5½)” diameter with smallest (medium, largest) hook.
