My Favorite Crochet Lace Patterns

While I was participating in an enjoyable afternoon of window shopping and clothing browsing, I noticed a decided trend in the tops, sweaters, and jackets on display—lace, lots and lots of lace.

There were entire sweaters created from lace; t-shirts with lace inserts; lace shrugs and long lace jackets; delicate lace edgings blouses, and chunky crocheted and knitted fabrics. I was tempted to add several pieces to my wardrobe, but I just kept thinking, “I can make that.” And not only can I make my own custom crochet tops, the patterns in my queue are better than anything I saw.

There are several crochet lace tops that have been languishing far too long in my queue. This fall is the time to finally get started on them. Here are twelve of my favorite lace crochet tops. Which one would you recommend I begin first?

Best wishes,
