Row 1: Turn shawl with WS facing to work along curved bottom edge. Ch 13, dc in 3rd ch from hook and in next 10 ch, skip sc and hdc of shawl body, sl st in next dc, sl st in next 2 sts of shawl body, turn. (11 dc)
Row 2: Work as stated in pattern.
