The directions for the final round were inadvertently omitted. They are as follows:
Rnd 14: With B, rep Rnd 12. Fasten off B.

The instructions for Row 1 of the Bag Half should read as follows, with corrections in boldface:

Easygoing Hoodie (page 50)
The instructions for the Insert Band Pattern in the Stitch Guide are as follows, with corrections in boldface:

Row 2: (WS) Ch 1, sc in each sc across, turn.
Row 3: Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1), skip first sc, skip next sc, dc in next sc, *ch 1, skip next sc, dc in next sc; rep from *, turn– 31 (34, 37, 40, 43) dc.

Continue with Rows 6-16 as printed.
The instructions for Row 1 of the Front Insert Band contain the corrections marked in boldface below:
Row 1: With RS facing, join yarn in first st in last row of right side panel, ch 1, sc in each hdc across, sc in 2nd ch of turning ch, with RS facing, sc in each hdc across hood back panel, sc in 2nd ch of turning ch, with RS facing, sc in each hdc across left side panel, sc in 2nd ch of turning ch at end of row, turn–175 (181, 187, 193, 199) sc.
Textured Tweed Clutch (page 64)
The assembly instructions as printed are incorrect. Here are the correct instructions for the joining row:
Joining row: With back facing, join yarn at top right-hand corner of back. Working through both thicknesses, ch 1, sc evenly across sides and bottom to attach the Gusset/Strap. Work about 9 sts across the side, 6 sts across the shaped edge, 32 sts across the bottom, 6 sts across the other shaped edge, and 9 sts across the other side. The exact number of stitches is not critical, as long as the join looks neat, and there is no buckling (due to too few sts) or ruffling (due to too many sts). Tip for joining the shaped edges: If working 6 sts here seems to make gaps, you can work a few decreases (sc2tog across 2 row-end sts) to close up the gaps.
Colorwaves Topper (page 96)
Some readers asked for expanded instructions on how to work the armholes and sleeves, so we have provided those here:
The piece starts out at the neck with 25 base ch/sc.
From there it increases in size gradually as you work 5 V-sts evenly spaced across each row, plus an increase at each end of every row for 16 rows. By Row 16 you should have 212 dc. The “shawl” part should look like a large hexagon with a slit up the front.
In Row 17, you will be forming the sleeve openings by skipping 35 sts on each side. The designer uses a “dc2tog” to join the front to the back, working the first “leg” of the st in the ch-1 space of the first V-st (front corner), then skipping 35 sts (for the sleeve opening), then working the 2nd “leg” of the st in the ch-1 space of the next V-st (back corner). She repeats this on the other side of the “shawl,” creating 2 gaping holes on the sides for the sleeve openings. One more row of sts (Row 18) is worked across the fronts and the back. Then the sleeves are worked onto the sleeve openings.
