Description
Equilateral triangles embedded with diamonds join to create a shawl that
doesn’t slip off your shoulders. The variegated coloring of the yarn makes for a
loose stripe pattern, but the patterning of this shawl also plays well with
solid colored yarns. Wear it draped across the shoulders, or wrap it loosely
around the neck as a slouchy scarf.
Finished Size: 19 ½” from center back neck to bottom edge.
Yarn: Schoppel Wolle Zauberball (75% wool, 25% nylon; 459 yd [420 m]/3½ oz [100 g];
): 1535 stone washed; 2 balls.
Yarn Weight: #2 – Fine
Hook: Size G (4.25 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: St markers (m); yarn needle.
Gauge: 4 xtr sts = 4″ and 4 rows = 3½” in diamond patt.
