Easter Baskets with Amigurumi Easter Eggs

I made these Easter baskets using my own pattern and then filled them with amigurumi Easter eggs made with the free download pattern from Lion Brand Yarn's web site. I used Wool-Ease Chunky in wheat for the baskets with a modified basket weave stitch pattern (3 front post double crochet / 3 back post double crochet) which is reversed in each row. So not a true basket weave, but an interesting weave look for the small baskets. The smaller basket is about 4 1/2" wide and the larger is about 5 1/2" wide. In the front, nestled between the baskets is a Chicago Bears egg for my youngest son, who is a big fan!
