Toni’s 5 Favorite Bruges Lace Crochet Patterns

Have you ever crocheted Bruges lace? I discovered Bruges lace crochet almost eight years ago, and I am still in love. This lace stitch is incredibly easy and very addictive. I crocheted the Bruges Border in thread to create yards of lace for a dress for my niece. Rather than counting down the needed length, I could have kept going and going. So much fun! This crochet technique doesn’t have a broad selection of patterns, but the ones available are amazing.

The Bruges Border

It’s crocheted in thread, but you’ll be amazed as long lengths of Bruges lace seem to fall from your hook with the Bruges Border. This is the pattern I used to embellish my niece’s dress.
