1-2-3 Cotton Vest

Introduction

Sometimes, it’s too warm for a full sweater in the office.  But I hate short blouses [which for some reason is all there in on the racks now].  To remedy that, I made a long vest.  Not knee length, just long enough to cover my bum.

I used Peaches & Cream cotton yarn, but this should work with any 4 ply worsted weight.

Materials List

Size J metal hook

two 14 oz cones of Peaches & Cream 100% cotton worsted weight [I used Sea Breeze color, because it’s what I had on hand]

stitch markers

Finished Size

Because this is a vest, it works for Large to 3X.

I left the arm holes large enough to accomodate a very full sleeve without being binding.
