The Joys of Convertible Jewelry

Spring is on its way, at least here in Colorado, and I’m so excited to be rid of winter! I’ve got some seeds started for this year’s herb garden, I’ve been working on my spring cleaning, and, most fun of all, I’ve been busy making some new jewelry to help ring in spring. The Spring 2015 issue of Jewelry Stringing has so much inspiration that it’s hard to not go home every day after work and dig into my stash to make another new creation!

The Spring 2015 issue of Jewelry Stringing features one of my favorite spring trends: convertible jewelry. Not only is it fun to be able to change the look of a piece of jewelry in seconds, but this trend also helps me make the most of my limited storage space! I can make one convertible necklace, choose the strands I want on it for the day, and then store it at night with all of the strands. I can get the look of five or 10 different necklaces while only having to store one at the end of the day! Who couldn’t use a little more storage space?

Get inspired to make your own convertible jewelry with the Spring 2015 issue of Jewelry Stringing!
