Embroidery Floss Tassel DIY

1. Wrap a length of embroidery ¬floss around your fingers. The more times you wrap the thread, the thicker the tassel will be.

2. Use a 3″ piece of wire to pass through the center of the ¬floss loop and form a tight wrapped-loop bail around the threads.

3. Hold the wrapped-loop bail and use scissors to cut the ¬floss at the other side of the loop. If desired, use your fingernails to separate the strands in each piece of ¬floss for a fuller tassel.

4. Gather the ¬floss ends and use a 5″ piece of wire to tightly wrap around them just below the bail. Tuck the wire ends into the loops.
