Hip
and Handwoven: Sunset Belt

Welcome to our new online series: Hip and Handwoven—projects
designed and woven by students from fiber departments in colleges and art schools
around the United States. The first Hip and Handwoven project is the Sunset Belt
by Katrina Vogel, a student at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. The
weave structure this belt is monk's belt, and the cool Classic Elite pattern weft
is a linen/silk variegated novelty yarn.
