Stone's Throw Socks Pattern

The Stone's Throw Socks are worked in a ripple pattern achieved by working decreases and increases into a k1, p1 rib. A tall leg with calf shaping makes for great boot socks.Finished Size: 6½" foot circumference and 9¼" long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable.
Yarn: Knit Picks Stroll Tonal (75% superwash merino wool, 25% nylon; 462 yd [422 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #24905 canopy, 2 skeins. Yarn distributed by Crafts Americana.
Needles: Sizes 1½ (2.5 mm) and 2 (2.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); stitch holder; tapestry needle.
Gauge: 34 sts and 50 rnds = 4" in St st on larger needles.

- Error In Pattern?
- There seems to be an error in the chart zigzag pattern in the Spring 2015 Interweave Knits magazine. In following the chart there is a break in the rib stitches and the sock doesn't look like the picture. Thought there might be a correction noted in the website but there either is not one or you have to purchase the pattern to find out which I'm not going to do as I already purchased the magazine. Very disappointing as the socks in the picture are awesome. (Posted on 6/10/2016)
