needs more info before starting.
Need to cast on 83 stitches on shorter size 9 stitches. When doing fringes, I found it better to use a crochet hook and slip stitch down to beginning of I cord, then bind off a stitch and continue to work next I cord. I would definitely not break yarn for each I cord and try to restart for next one!! Also, it's best to know how many stitches each I cord should have so these 17 gradually get longer and then decrease. I've made this 6 times and it is a great gift. Used Malabrigo Rios as indicated.
