Making links with wire is nothing new, but making them from wraps of fine-gauge, freeform patinated wire makes the old into something altogether different! Follow along, but feel free to shape your links in any fashion that moves you.

Required Material:
36" lengths of 20-gauge copper wire
24-gauge copper sheet
10mm jump rings
6mm jump rings
4" lengths of copper chain
Flush cutters
Metal file
Ball-peen hammer
Steel bench block
Hole-punch pliers
Metal shears
Metal cleaner or ProPolish pads
Midas green patina
Bracelet mandrel or other large round mandrel
Rubber gloves
Patina sealer or lacquer
