Description
A shaman for the sawing-challenged. Have fun texturing the metal and don’t worry about sawing straight lines! Go crazy with a hammer and a center punch and make your own rocky-looking texture.
Required Materials:
- 20 gauge sheet silver
- 6 inches of 2mm x 5mm flat wire; 1 inch of 16 gauge wire; 8 inches of 10 gauge round wire; 2 inches of 16 gauge twisted wire; bezel wire
- ¼ inch 5mm 18K gold tubing
- 1 petrified Red Oak triangular cab
- 1 round drusy
- 1 padparadscha faceted stone
Tools: Jeweler’s saw, #3/0 sawblades, texture and planishing hammers, bench block, center punch or dapping punch, #55 drill bit, flex shaft, wide flat nose pliers, round nose pliers; Soldering set up, T-pins, old set of AA stainless tweezers; Liver of Sulfur, 3M ultra-fine sanding sponge, 3M radial bristle discs, burnisher, prong setter set
