What are your shipping charges?

For books, magazine back issues, etc., see our shipping charges page.

For subscriptions, no additional shipping charges apply.

Will state sales tax or GST be charged?

You will be charged state sales tax on books and magazine back issues only if you live in Colorado. We do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Canadian residents.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within two business days and are typically sent via the United States Postal Service. However, express delivery is available for an additional charge. When ordering online, you can specify express delivery in the "Order/Shipping Comments & Special Requests" box located under your "Bill To/Ship To" information.

If you need your order shipped the same day you place it, please contact us by 11:00 a.m. (MST) Monday through Friday at toll-free at 1-800-272-2193.


How do I cancel my order?

Anytime before you click the "Submit" button in the shopping cart you can cancel your order by simply clicking the "Cancel" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

If you have submitted your order online, you may cancel your order until it ships (usually within two business days). If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department
at 1-800-272-2193 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST).


I didn't receive my order, what should I do?

If your order does not arrive, contact our Customer Service department by e-mail at CustomerService@interweave.com or by calling 1-800-272-2193 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (MST), and we will begin researching the progress of your shipment.
