"Working in free-form sculptural beadwork, combining various beading techniques and stitches, is the most satisfying and creative part of beading for me. Arranging colors, shapes, and sizes of beads at random allows my designs to flow and take their own shapes with minimum prior planning; the technique results in pieces that are individual and unique. I think the fun is in not knowing just what is going to develop from beginning to end."
