Description
This tank combines the drape and fall of a classic Greek chiton with a wearable, modern shape. The folds of the fabric create an A-line silhouette, and the touch of lace hidden inside the pleat adds a feminine touch.
Finished Size: 37 1/4 (41 1/2, 44 1/4, 48 1/2, 52, 54 3/4)” bust circumference. Tank shown measures 41 1/2″, modeled with 7 1/2″ of positive ease.
Yarn: Manos del Uruguay Serena (60% alpaca, 40% pima cotton; 170 yd [155 m]/1 3/4 oz [50 g]): mahogany, 4 (4, 5, 5, 5, 6) skeins. Yarn distributed by Fairmount Fibers.
Yarn Weight: #2 – Fine
Needles: Size 6 (4 mm): 16″ and 32″ circulars (cir), and two double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
