The pattern designer was inspired by her brother and created a visually intriguing hat featuring an all-around texture. Work in the round and enjoy the all over cable pattern.Finished Size: 18 (21, 24)” circumference and 8 (8 ½, 9)” tall. Hat shown measures 21″.
Yarn: Brooklyn Tweed Loft (100% wool; 275 yd [251 m]/1 3/4 oz [50 g]): #16 pumpernickel, 1 (1, 2) ball(s).
Yarn Weight: #1 – Super Fine
Needles: Size 2 (2.75 mm): 16″ circular (cir). Size 3 (3.25 mm): 16″ cir and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Marker (m); cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.
Gauge: 32 sts and 44 rnds = 4″ in cable patt on larger needle.
