Sales Tax Exempt & Resale Certificates |

Please use the drop-down menu above to select and save, copy, or print out the tax form appropriate for your state. Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, & Oregon do not have sales tax, so nothing is required.
Each state has a different tax form but most include sections to fill out the vendor (or seller) and purchaser information. Please fill in your company’s information in the purchaser section. For the vendor (or seller) section, please fill in Interweave, 201 E. 4th Street, Loveland, CO 80537.
Once complete, please email the form to your sales rep or fax to the attention of Lee Craig, Executive Sales Assistant, at 970-962-8311.

2012 Magazine Production Schedule |

Interweave publishes 16 unique subscription magazines each year for art and craft enthusiasts and approximately 30 special issues that can be found on newsstands and in retail stores throughout North America. Please click the link below to see what magazines are being published this year.
FAQs about your magazine standing orders:
- Standing orders are sold in increments of 5. Standing orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and the shipping charge is 10% of your cost. Canadian shipping is 20% of the invoice total.
- There will be no packing slip or invoice in the box; it will be mailed within a week of your standing order shipment.
- Additional copies of magazines may be ordered as long as stock is available. Order at least 5 magazines, mix & match.
- Unsold magazines can be returned for credit after 60 days and up to one year from the invoice ship date. A return form can be found below in the Retailers & Booksellers section.
- New special issue magazine titles are shipped automatically. If you do not want this service, please contact your sales associate.
- There are two ways to learn more about new special issue magazines:
